What We Collect
When you subscribe, start a trial, or contact us, we collect: your name/username, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, payment transaction ID and receipt screenshot (for manual payment verification), your MT5 account number and a device identifier (to enforce one-device-per-license), and optionally a Telegram bot token/chat ID if you opt into push notifications.
How We Use It
Solely to operate the service: verifying payments, issuing and validating licenses, delivering signals to your MT5 terminal, sending you notifications you've opted into, and providing support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
What We Don't Store
We never ask for or store your MT5 account password, broker login credentials, or any payment card/bank account numbers — payments are verified manually from the transaction ID and receipt you submit.
Data Retention
License and order records are retained for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period for support and fraud-prevention purposes. Contact us if you'd like your data deleted after your subscription ends.
Third-Party Services
If you opt into Telegram notifications, your bot token and chat ID are used only to relay signal messages via Telegram's API and are not shared further.
